Tilt/Shift with Photoshop: Hong Kong – Stanley

This is an example of producing the tilt/shift effect with Photoshop. This was taken in Hong Kong’s Stanley Bay area; a quaint seaside area with a boardwalk packed full of restaurants and shops.
